Balistreri Named Chairman of Spring Bank Board

3/2011 Steve Balistreri was unanimously elected Chairman of the Board of Spring Bank, in Brookfield, Wi.  Steve was a founding shareholder and has been on the Board since the bank’s inception in September of 2008.  Spring Bank was Founded in September of 2008 and has grown successfully with assets of $130 million.  The Bank is anticipating a second capital raise in the fall of 2011, and plans on using the additional funds to continue it’s growth, provide additional resources for businesses and allowing the bank to be in a position for opportunities given today’s banking industry.
